-Teen Fitness classes (ages 13 to 17) focus on conditioning, gymnastics skills and flexibility with a goal of participating in competitions and shows
-Teen Fitness Model classes . This class is for young girls that don’t want to do fitness OR don’t have a back ground in sports, but still want to build a strong and healthy physique through proper workout and proper nutrition , teaching them life long skills.
-Model stage presence and posing for different organizations.
